Good to Know

Reservation
You are welcome to make a reservation online 2 days before arrival. A deposit of max. € 100 is always due immediately.
Low Season:
Usually not necessary as there are enough places available and you can then choose the most suitable one on site. The minimum stay is 3 nights.
High Season:
Recommended at least from the beginning of July to the end of August. Minimum stay is 7 nights. Shorter reservations are also possible online approx. 1 week before arrival.

Arrival
On the day of arrival, your pitch will be available by 3 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you can of course use the entire infrastructure.
If you arrive after 7 p.m., please contact us in advance so that the check-in can be organized smoothly.

Departure
On the day of departure, the space must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. You are welcome to continue using the entire infrastructure until your departure at no additional charge.
If you leave after 11 a.m. we will charge an additional night

Sanitary facilities
Our modern building is heated. There are no additional costs for hot water or other utensils.
You can book your own private sanitary area:
Family cabin:
Our 2 family cabins have a sink, shower and toilet. The demand is very high, so please reserve early - also possible online.
Single cabin:
Our 3 single cabins have a sink and shower.

Dogs - Pets
Dogs and other pets can come along with advance notice. We charge a fee/night for this.
Dogs are not allowed in our attached public lido (during opening hours).
There are several lake entrances nearby where dogs can jump into the lake.

WIFI
Free of charge basic internet access

Terms of Service (ToS)
can be checked online - sorry at the moment only in German.

 

 

Parking
In the nature park all public parkings are chargeable.

Shopping
In July and August there is a self-service Strandcafé in the lido. Opening at 8 a.m. you will also find the most important things for breakfast, including freshly made bread and pastries.
Approx. 200 m away there is a supermarket with fresh fruit and vegetables, delicatessen and many regional products. In July and August it is also open on Sundays from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Gastronomy
Besides our own Strandcafé there is a selection available in the immediate vicinity: snack bars, pizzerias, inns and restaurants.

Boat-/Kajak-/SUP-Rentals
SUP's can be rented directly in the lido. All other sports equipment can be rented right by the bridge - just a few meters away.
For rowing boats you have to go a little further: to the reversing loop in Neusach - easily accessible with the nature park bus.

Bike rental
In the center of Techendorf (200 m) there is a sports shop with bicycle, mountain bikes and e-bike rentals. Online reservation is highly recommendet in the main season.

Fishing
Lake Weissensee is a popular lake among an international fishing comunity. You need a license, which you can purchase by showing your guest card at the tourist office only few meters away.

Prices
The prices include the local and overnight tax of € 2.50 per person and night from the year of the 18th birthday.
The prices offered are subject to statutory duties and taxes and are therefore subject to change. If the statutory duties and taxes change, we are entitled to adjust the prices at any time.

Cancellation conditions
In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will at least keep your deposit. - You can cancel free of charge at any time up to 90 days before arrival. We
   keep a minor handling fee.
- We keep the deposit up to 2 weeks before arrival.
- Up to 7 days before arrival, 50% of the stay must be paid.
- From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the stay is to be paid.
