After intensive planning and construction, it’s finally ready for the Corpus Christi weekend.<\/p>\n

The SO HAM Yogashala, as a central component of the new leisure complex, will be the first to open. Together with the newly designed restaurant facilities, we hope we have thought of everything for our guests.<\/p>\n

Regine has put together a diverse program for experienced yogis and those who want to explore mindfulness for the first time.<\/p>\n

In addition to physical exercises with renowned yoga teachers like Boris, Elfi, and Ksenia, this weekend also features a concert with the internationally acclaimed artist and Emmy Award winner Rene\u00e9 Sunbird. There are also hands-on workshops with harmonium teacher Lisa. Don’t miss the breathing exercises with Ksenia or Regine’s sound bowl inspiration sessions. Plus, there’s a children’s and family Acro Yoga workshop.<\/p>\n

The event will be rounded off by an exhibition of wooden sculptures by Hanna Tschabitscher.<\/p>\n
