We have brought these characteristics of lake Weissensee into the apartments. They spend hours together in the lounge with a tiled stove and a small selection of books and board games. Your children can frolic in the playroom next door. Of course there is an elevator. On the top floor you can make yourself comfortable on the sheltered and glass-roofed terrace.

Our many hikers and winter sports enthusiasts especially appreciate the boot drying room, so that they have warm hiking boots and sports equipment on their feet every day. For our cross-country skiers, we have our own waxing room so that you can enjoy the 60 km of perfectly groomed trails with perfectly prepared skis.

The central location of our house allows you to comfortably reach the diverse leisure activities, traditional and cultural events of the Weißensee on foot. We support the community’s efforts to reduce motorized individual traffic in the Lake Weissensee Valley.

As a guest of our house you have free use of the nature park bus.

The train station shuttle to the Greifenburg-Weissensee train station is free of charge.
During the winter season, the use of the ice and cross-country ski trails is included.
During a certain period in January, the ski pass is also included in the apartment price. The exact period can be found on weissensee.com.

During the summer season, use of the 4-seater chairlift to Naggler Alm and the lake Weissensee shipping line are also included. You can use the chairlift and the boats as often as you like. This offer is particularly attractive for hikers and our “downhillers” who want to ride the attractive trails from the Naggler Alm. Bicycle transport is also free of charge.
The hiking bus in the region is also included.
For the train station shuttle to the Greifenburg-Weissensee train station a contribution of € 10 per person will be charged.

Apartments

All apartments have a balcony, a kitchenette with a dishwasher, and a separate bathroom and toilet!

Good to know

If you book directly, we always guarantee you the best price.

On the day of arrival, your apartment will be available by 4 p.m. at the latest. If you arrive earlier, you can drop off your luggage and use the infrastructure at no additional charge. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask you to contact us beforehand.

On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 a.m. You are welcome to continue using the entire infrastructure the whole day. In the event of early departure, we will charge the full price.

In the event of short-term cancellation, late arrival or early departure, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 apply.

A free parking space is available for our guests at the house.

If you travel by train we organize a free shuttle service to the station Greifenburg-Weissensee and in addition we offer 3 % environmental bonus on your stay.

Directly on the ground floor you will find a supermarket with a variety of regional products, a baking station, fresh fruit and vegetables and a delicatessen department. Daily newspapers available.

You can use the natural bark bus – in winter the ski bus at the same time – free of charge. In addition, the train station transfer for arrival and departure and all hiking buses in the region are included.
WINTER: Free use of well-kept ice rinks and cross-country skiing trails. Ski pass for special season in January.
SUMMER: You can use the chairlift as an aid to ascent and descent as often as you want. The mountain station is the starting point for 3 downhill trails. Use the lake Weissensee shipping as often as you want

We have our own bathing area with a boathouse, jetty and raft as well as a large lawn. We are happy to provide you with umbrellas, loungers and seating furniture free of charge. There is no charge for rowing boats, stand up paddles (SUP), a table tennis table, a trampoline and a volleyball net. For the small children there is play equipment, a sand pit and a children’s playhouse.

You pay nothing for the use of the ice and the cross-country ski run.
A few meters from the house you have access to the largest prepared natural ice surface in Europe with ice rinks and ice rinks. The well-groomed cross-country trails for classic and free technique have been awarded the Carinthian seal of quality.

The 4-seater chairlift of the Weissensee mountain railway and the drag lifts can be easily reached with the ski bus. There is a daily free bus connection to the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld, Carinthia’s largest ski area.

We provide city bikes an dsome sturdyE-Bikes for our house guests to explore the surrounding area. We also have bikes in a wide variety of sizes for juveniles and children.
We have a lockable room with an e-bike charging station for your own bicycles.

All apartments are fully equipped with bed and table linen as well as cutlery and crockery. Cookware and kitchen utensils – coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, thermos – are available. They also have a satellite flat screen TV with radio, telephone and room safe.
All bathrooms have a bathtub; Care utensils and a hairdryer are available.

Free standard access is available throughout the house.
Due to our fiber optic connection we can offer sufficient bandwith for all guests.

The prices are in Euro per apartment and night. In addition, there is the statutory local and overnight tax of € 2.40 per person and night from the age of 17. You are welcome to print out or download our price list and general information about the house as a PDF.

The prices offered are subject to statutory duties and taxes and are therefore variable. If the statutory duties and taxes change, we are entitled and obliged to increase and decrease prices at any time.
