Good to know

In order to enable all our guests to have a relaxing vacation, check-in is only possible from 11:30 a.m. in the high season. We kindly ask you to take this into account when you arrive. If you arrive earlier, we unfortunately cannot guarantee you one of our parking spaces, as we need them for departing guests. However, there is the possibility to use the paid parking lot of the Weißensee cable car (approx. 350 m away). We ask for your understanding. In a nature park the parking possibilities are unfortunately limited. However, you can of course use the sanitary building and lido immediately.

If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., please contact us in advance so that the check-in can be organized smoothly.

On the day of departure, please vacate your pitch by 11 a.m. at the latest. You are welcome to use the entire infrastructure until your departure at no extra charge. If you still occupy the pitch after 11 a.m., we reserve the right to charge you for a further night.

The general areas of our sanitary building are available to all our guests around the clock at no extra cost. All you need to enter is your guest card.

Family cabin:
Our 2 family cabins are equipped with washbasin, shower and WC. Demand is very high and we recommend booking early.

Single cabin:
Each of our 3 single cabins is equipped with a washbasin and shower.

You can empty gray water and fill your water tank directly in front of our site.

The chemical toilet emptying station is located at the rear of the sanitary building.

Your four-legged friend is also very welcome on our campsite. There is a special seperated area in our adjoining lido, where dogs are allowed.

Free WIFI access is available throughout the site. Faster connections are available for a small surcharge at the front desk.

Each of our pitches can be supplied with electricity (16 amp. fuse protection).

We charge you extra, if you have an e-car or airconditioning or electric heating

  • All public parking spaces in the Weissensee Nature Park are subject to charges.
  • Shopping facilities: There is a supermarket about 200 m away with fresh fruit and vegetables, a bakery, delicatessen and many regional products. In July and August it is also open on Sundays from 08:00 to 13:00. So that you don’t have to use your car for larger purchases, we provide you with our cargo bike free of charge for your shopping.
  • Gastronomy: In the immediate vicinity you will find a large selection: from „small“ snack stands to inns and excellent restaurants.
  • Boat/kayak/SUP rental: SUPs can be rented at the campsite reception. The „Waterpoint Weissensee“ is also located in the immediate vicinity.
  • Bike rental: In the center of Techendorf (approx. 200 m away) there is a sports store with bike, mountain bike and e-bike rental. Advance reservations are unfortunately necessary in the high season.
  • Fishing: Lake Weissensee is a popular fishing lake. You can purchase the necessary fishing license at the tourist office just a few meters away.
  • Sports activities on Lake Weissensee and in the surrounding area, such as cliff jumping, kayaking, canoeing, canyoning, rafting, climbing and much more
  • Prices: The prices include the current local and overnight tax. The estimated price for the entire stay is shown when you make your reservation. The actual price will be calculated on site on the basis of the current price list.
  • Cancellation conditions: You can cancel at any time up to 90 days before arrival. We will only charge a processing fee of € 30. We will retain your deposit up to 2 weeks before your planned arrival.
